I bought the "magic circle" in efforts to up the anty in my pilates routine. I am glad I purchased it but I found the DVD to be about a 2 star out of 5 start rating. Since I live far away from a Pilates studio I purchased other DVDs in efforts to learn about the magic circle. the DVD from Classical Pilates Inc. called "The Complete Magic Cirlce Mat Series & Reformer Mat Workout" (also on Amazon.com)taught me more about the circle's use than the DVD that came with it. It is a basic straight forward mat routine DVD but it was practical and I am well on my way to a more complete Pilates workout.

I also use the magic circle to burn off extra energy while sitting and I find my boyfriend picks it up and uses it to get a few exercises in every day. It can be used in many ways but it most certainly enhances a pilates work out.

I would have given this product 5 stars, but the video was not up to standards for someone who is really into Pilates. Each exercise is demonstrated very fast, and there is not much exercise at all. On the

other hand, the magic circle is great! It is well made, and can take a punishment. This was the reason I purchased this item, because I needed a good circle to work with. Comparing other circles to this that cost a lot more this was by far the best product. I would highly recommend the circle, but would not recommend the tape. When I purchased this item, I also purchased the Classical Pilates Technique, The Complete Magic Circle Mat Series. This DVD has BASIC, INTERMEDIATE, ADVANCED, plus THE SUPER ADVANCED REFORMER MAT WORKOUT. The exercises are performed well with great timing. This is a video that everyone from the basic learner to the most advanced learner would absolutely love.

"Fitness Circle Flow" is a good workout to do if you are looking to tone and firm your stomach and inner and outer thighs. None of the exercises are too difficult so I'd recommend this for beginners or anyone who enjoys Pilates. Some of the exercises include breathing exercises, cat/cow, the one hundred, scissors, roll up, spine twist, single leg stretch, spine stretch and mermaid. Most of the exercises are unique because you are using a fitness circle. This workout would be good for anyone seeking variety in their workouts as most of the exercises in this workout will be new. The cueing is also good and the instructor is pleasant. On the downside most of the exercises don't have very many reps so that might frustrate anyone who is advanced and is looking to feel the burn.

Beyond Yoga Square Neck Ribbed Tank, Lagoon, Small Reviews

I bought the "Beyond Yoga Square Neck Ribbed Tank" in Cinnabar a couple of months ago, and loved it so much I decided to wait until they went on sale to purchase more. So, I bought 3 more (Forest Green, Wine, and Honey Mustard) last week. I am glad I did!

The material strength is very good - wore and washed the original one a bunch of times and it's in great condition. These are very, very soft to the touch and extremely comfortable.

When I first pulled them out of the package I thought the size (Large - as I am a 38D bra size) looked much smaller than it should be, but when I put it on, they stretched in just the right places to hug my curves, without it being too scanadalous. So, I'd say that the sizing is in fact correct, given the stretchy quality of the fabric.

I want sooo much to give these 5 stars, but the color IS different than what is pictured...on all 4 (Wine, Forest Green, Honey Mustard, Cinnabar). So, if you are trying to match it up to something you own and are going by the picture, be careful. However, that said, I still love the colors - which are considerably more muted than shown - and I am very, very pleased with these tops.

Additionally, I bought the Beyond Yoga Pima Modal Long Sleeve Henley in Cinnabar to match the tank top, and I LOVE that as well. Same review in essence - great colors (does match the tank top color), wonderful feel of fabric, extremely comfortable. It is sheer so I suggest wearing the tank top underneath in a matching or contrasting color.

Hopefully this collection will stay on sale for a few more days until I can buy some more! I hope this review helps you to determine if it's right for you - I do HIGHLY recommend this top.

I have two of these and love them. The close fit and square neckline are very flattering, and I like that it doesn't have a shelf bra, which I find uncomfortable. They run small, so buy a size up.
